Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items to the store within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods.

The item must however be in it’s original state with tags still affixed on it. You can exchange the item for another item of the same price or higher.

Remember to bring along the receipt and VAT invoice.

Delivery

Currently, Sprog Store delivers to all major towns and cities in Ghana. Please check and let us know if your town’s lorry station offers courier services.

We charge a minimal flat rate to deliver your order to you. This charge will be displayed at the check out. We deliver 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 6:30 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturday. The items will be delivered to you within 3 – 5 business days.

Pick up (free): This free option allows you to collect your order from one of our Store locations at your convenience. Your order will be ready for pickup 1 – 2 business days after it has been placed.

Occasionally, we may offer promo codes which may include codes for Free Delivery.

Please note that where it is applicable, two delivery fees may be charged if we have to make separate journeys to collect payment and make the delivery or deliver a bulky item. Should you have further questions regarding our delivery please contact us or by phone on 050 118 1818.
