Convenient payment options are a key feature in an awesome online shopping experience. For your convenience, we accept VISA/MasterCard payment at check out, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money and Payment on Delivery.

Your VISA card/Mastercard will be pre-authorized at checkout or the time your order is delivered. The funds will be held by your bank, which may affect your account balance. Sprog Store is not responsible for overdraft fees.

The protection of your personal information is important to Sprog Store, and as a result, we do not accept orders via email. We will gladly accept your order by phone at 050 118 1818. Our Customer Service hours for orders are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT).

Payment Methods

1. SlydePay
To pay for your order online with SlydePay, select SlydePay at checkout. Agree to the terms & conditions and click on “Place Order”. On the SlydePay landing page, you can either login into your existing SlydePay account and pay or scan the QR Code with the SlydePay app on your mobile device and make payment. To pay with your VISA/MasterCard, click on the VISA/MasterCard button. Enter your card details and make payment. You can also pay with Airtel Money or MTN Mobile Money. Click on the desired mobile money platform and enter your details to effect payment.

2. MPower
To pay for your order online with MPower, select MPower at checkout. Agree to the terms & conditions and click on “Place Order”. On the MPower landing page, you can either login into your existing MPower account and pay or click on “Make Payment” to pay with your VISA/MasterCard, Mobile Money account, MPower account or MPower Token.

3. Credit/Debit Card Payment With Point Of Sale (P.O.S) Device
This option is only available to shoppers who either want to pay when they pick their order up, or when their order is delivered to them. Choose Payment on Delivery and a P.O.S. device would be available at the Pickup Point or when your order is delivered.

4. Bank Transfer
You can deposit the amount for your order into our bank accounts at Stanbic Bank or Consolidated Bank Ghana. Select Bank Transfer/Mobile Money at checkout and complete your payment by selecting the bank you wish to use. You can find the bank details after placing your order. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be delivered until the funds have cleared in our account.

5. Mobile Money
You can pay for your order using MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Vodafone Cash or Tigo Cash. Select Bank Transfer/Mobile Money when checking out and choose the mobile money platform you wish to use. Make your payment directly into our mobile money account.  Your order won’t be delivered until we receive your payment in our mobile money account.

Make payment by depositing the full amount using the steps outlined below.

MTN Mobile Money

  • Make sure you have sufficient money in your Mobile Money Wallet.
  • Open My MTN on your phone
  • Go to “Mobile Money” menu, select “Transfer Money” and “Mobile User.”
  • Select Merchant
  • Enter and repeat  0549010005, amount, your order number as a reference, confirm details and enter Mobile Money PIN.
  • You will receive a confirmation message of the successful transfer.

Alternatively, you can send using USSD code *170#

  • Make sure you have sufficient money in your Mobile Money Wallet.
  • Enter *170# and send
  • Select “Transfer Money” from main menu
  • Select “Mobile User.” from transfer money menu
  • Select “Merchant” from mobile user menu
  • Enter and repeat  0549010005, amount, your order number as a reference, confirm details and enter Mobile Money PIN.
  • You will receive a confirmation message of the successful transfer.

Tigo Cash

  • Enter Mobile number 0575557770
  • Enter amount you wish to send
  • A transaction summary indicating amount to send and fee charged would be displayed for confirmation.
  • Enter secret PIN to complete transaction

Airtel Money

  • Make sure you have sufficient money in your Mobile Money Wallet.
  • Open Airtel SIM toolkit on your phone
  • Go to “Airtel Money” on menu, select “Make Payments” and then “Pay bill”
  • Select “Other”
  • Enter SPROG, amount, your order number as a reference, confirm details and enter Mobile Money PIN.
  • You will receive a confirmation message of the successful transfer.

Alternatively, you can send using USSD code *500#

  • Make sure you have sufficient money in your Mobile Money Wallet.
  • Enter *500# and send
  • Select “Buy Goods” from main menu
  • Select “OTHER” and enter “SPROG”
  • Enter amount, your order number as a reference, confirm details and enter Mobile Money PIN.
  • You will receive a confirmation message of the successful transfer.

6. Payment on Delivery 
We accept cash payment on delivery for orders with a value of less than GH¢ 500. Please select Payment on delivery at checkout. Payment by card on delivery is accepted for all amounts. Upon receiving your items, please insist on an invoice from our delivery team. We will email your receipt to you as soon as we receive your payment.

7. PayPal (only for customers outside Ghana)
For our customers outside Ghana looking to purchase items for friends and family in Ghana, you can pay via PayPal. Please select PayPal when checking out. A minimum purchase of $150 is required for this service.
